Also known as Ms. Van Florendo, a born-again Christian, married, with one child, and currently residing in Bicutan, Paranaque. A graduate of BS Biology in UP Diliman in 2004. She has been in sales and marketing since 2008 as a med rep of Unilab. She was a former OFW and had worked in Italy for (six) 6 years; through which, she had been the Operations Assistant Manager of RCBC Telemoney Europe Naples Italy branch for three (3) years.

She ventured into real estate selling in 2010 when she first bought her condominium property in Century Properties and thereafter transferred to Filinvest International in year 2012 and awarded as Top Marketing Associate in 2012 of Filinvest International Rome Italy.

In year 2015, she went back home in the Philippines for good and has been into real estate service specializing in property management up to present. She is currently growing her general brokerage property listings with the guidance and mentorship of REB Mitch Razote and has been under Property MD Real Estate Sales and Marketing Co. Ltd since 2019 up to present.
